Roosevelt is a 21 and over venue. Valid government issued ID is required for entry. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service.

Event tickets and RSVPs are handled by Tixr under Tixr's own terms. A table request through this site is a request, not a confirmed booking, until we confirm it with you directly. Events, lineups and hours can change without notice.

If you opt in to text updates from Roosevelt, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. You must be 21 or older.

Everything on this site, including the Roosevelt name, logo, photography and video, belongs to Roosevelt or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute belongs to the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
