the building is the story
Four thousand square feet rebuilt from the studs. Dance floor, stage and lounge seating under one black ceiling, with room for five hundred.
The room was built around a Funktion One rig, the only one in an Arizona nightclub, tuned with studio treatment so every record hits full without shouting.
Where the records live. The DJ booth doubles as a projection booth, a straight nod to the eleven years this room spent as FilmBar. Selectors on the weekend, reels once a month.
Same name, softer landing. Deep banquettes off the dance floor that keep your table, your drinks and your people together while the room does its thing.
The centerpiece. A long rail under a floating brass canopy, stocked deep and lit like a scene, with Beverage Director Nick running the cocktail program. Happy hour is two for one, four to six.
Walter Sterling of Ocotillo leads the kitchen. Snacks, movie night popcorn and a proper menu are in the works, built to feed a long night.
Out the side door, under the palms. Lightboxes on the patio wall rotate work from local artists, with more art screens running inside, and Roosevelt Row at the front door.
